Bath Salts and warm weather.  As you move into the warm weather days, for most of you at least, your body is crying out to have the dead skin cells removed after being closed up all winter long.

There’s nothing like a bath, especially one that will allow you to soak and exfoliate your beautiful black skin.

Bath Salts and Their Usage

One of the secret to the bath lies in the salt. Not only can they be used in your bath water, they’ll also work wonders in your body scrubs. Let’s take a look at some of the salts and their benefits found in body products.

Epsom Salt

  • Soothes aching muscles
  • Relaxed your nervous system
  • Helps with skin problems, such as acne and eczema
  • Is known to draw toxins out of your body,
  • Eases stress
  • And relieves inflammation.

Dead Sea Salts

Himalayan Pink Salt.

I too have worked through some of these challenges with my skin. You can easily find most of these salts in your local pharmacy,health food store of grocery store.  You can also change the essential oil that’s profiled  here and work with others that are used to alter certain moods or benefit your skin.
