I live in a country, America, where the average portion size serving is enough to feed two people.  But Americans are also facing tremendous problems with obesity.

For the sake of your heart, your skin, your overall health, be aware of how much you eat at each meal and more importantly be aware of what you eat.

Suggestions:

  • Drink  water, water is the best cleanser.
  • Green leafy vegetables-spinach, kale, brocolli-they are great antioxidants
  • Watch your refined sugar intake, try agave or maple syrup (grade B) as alternatives
  • Try very hard not to eat and go to bed.  Your food is  sitting in your stomach fermenting.
  • Eliminate carbonated drinks

Eat to live and watch as the healthy glow of your skin comes to the surface.

Don’t forget to keep your body in motion, dance, walk, have great sex…have fun!!
