Yes, your skin needs a workout. Not only does your skin benefit from the perspiration, raising your heart rate will increase blood circulation and afterwards your skin will give you a beautiful and healthy looking glow.
Here’s a tip for you: While working out in your home, as you sweat and feel the need to wipe your face, don’t! Pat your face with a soft cloth instead. Or better yet, keep a bowl with water close by and a face sponge. Dampen the sponge and wipe the sweat from your face, then spritz with a facial toner. Your face will feel refreshed and your skin will return to its’ natural pH balance.
Don’t forget the have your drinking water close by, your cells and your organs need replenishing and nothing takes the place of water.
