Afican american woman skin care

We generally think of Black Skin Care as that of caring for your face but your entire body is covered with the largest organ unto itself, Your Black Skin.

You see, your black skin covers all of your inner organs, your muscles, your veins, your skeletal frame …. you get the idea. So, why not care for all of you.

Here are a few tips:

• When you buy your skin care products, make sure there are no harsh detergents in the ingredient list.

• Still doing dishes by hand ….. put on some rubber gloves.

• Exfoliation is not just for your face, you deserve to be rubbed and scrubbed from head to toe, with more of a gentle touch to your face.

• Sunscreen for all of you and don’t forget your hat.

• If you drive, typically the left side of you is going to get more sun, use your visor.

So, the next time you hear the words Black Skin Care … that means caring for your entire black body.
