I was listening to Dr. Lisa Masterson of the hit show The Doctors, on the Wendy Williams’ Show.  She was talking about stain resistant clothing.  Now, what does her conversation have to do with Black Skin Care?

Everything!!!  You’ve heard me talk many times about your skin being the largest organ of your body.  Not only is it important to be aware of what type of body products you put on your skin, it’s just as important to be aware of the fabrics you choose when purchasing your clothing.

One of the new trends is in providing sunscreen clothing so that you can protect your skin when you’re outside.  Then there’s the stain resistant clothing that suppose to allow you to repel any stains that would ordinarily settle into the fabric of your  clothes.

These are all great ideas but what chemicals have been added to the fibers of the clothes and what type of chemical reaction will you possibly have when wearing them?  We’re often told to look at the foods that we eat when a rash pops up and this is a valid statement.  But more and more Doctors are finding  that the fabrics of the clothing we wear,  is causing the rashes and for some,  severe reactions and  internal organ damage.  Scary!

Just as with your black skin care products, the more natural the fabric you wear on your skin, the better your skin will feel and the greater your chance of a more healthy looking body.
