Grape seed oil is high in vitamin E. Grape seed oil known for it ability to help strengthen collagen and maintain elastin in your skin. These are the proteins that make up your connective tissue in your skin and joints. This oil in particular is often used for massage oils or in body oil blends, for its toning properties.
