Black Skin Care RegimenNatural, organic and clean beauty products can be your gateway to overall wellness. With all the unprecedented new chemicals, additives and environmental changes in your food and personal care products, no wonder a lot of you aren’t feeling well.

You already know to beware of long list of ingredients in skin care products, what about your food? Before we go inward, let’s go topical.

Natural, Organic and Clean Beauty Products For Black Skin Care

Natural describes the purity of ingredients, ingredients that are found in nature, not those found in a lab. Natural products are used by someone who is conscious and makes healthy choices for beauty and wellness.

Organic beauty is defined as the formulation of cosmetic products using organically farmed ingredients. These ingredients are grown without the use of genetically modified organisms, herbicides, pesticides and synthetic fertilizers.

Clean beauty is assumed to deal with products that are raw, unprocessed and can be eaten as well as use on your skin. These products are created by artisans that believe in non-toxic ingredients and are made with your health, body and environment in mind.

Avoiding ingredients such as paragons, phthalates, sulfates and petrochemicals will give you a pretty clean skin care product.

Did you know that some people consider essential oils as an ingredient to stay clear of? Yes my beloved essential oils often make the list. Here’s why … With the interest in essential oils, manufacturers are compromising their purity for the dollar. They’re adding solutions to stretch them. Essential oils in their pure state can irritate some skin, imagine the damage of one that’s be compromised with fillers.

If you can find a reputable supplier of essential oils, I would continue to keep them on the list of clean beauty product ingredients.

Going Within for Natural, Organic and Clean Beauty

You all know the you are what you eat. Don’t believe it’s so? Eat something that doesn’t agree with your tummy. Watch and see how a pimple pops up on your face. Your skin being the largest organ of your body, has a way of eliminating poison.

If you’re seeing breakouts, dark spots and uneven skin tones,  you’re possibly witnessing what can happen when you’re not consuming the right foods for your body.

From the Inside Out …

The health of your skin begins from within.  The cleanser your colon , the better the result you’ll get from the products you apply topically to your skin.  Going natural, organic and/or clean in your beauty regimen is a lifestyle choice.  Think long and hard about how yo want to live.    Your total body wellness will depend on your decision.

That’s it for this week.  As always …

Dedicated to Your Beauty,
