Natural Black Skin Care Goes Beyond Your Face

Natural black skin care?  We generally think of natural black skin care as that of caring for your face but your entire body is covered with the largest organ unto itself, your beautiful black skin.

You see,  your skin covers all of your inner organs:  your muscle, your veins, your skeletal frame …. you get the idea.

Natural Black Skin Care Regimen

Your face needs a daily regimen, cleanse , tone and moisturize! When you keep it simple, you’ll care for your skin like you should.  Sometimes too many steps will complicate a process and you’ll stop using it just because there are too many things to do in order to get results.

Once or twice a week you’ll add another step  to the process, it’s known as exfoliation.  Exfoliation will remove dead skin cells that cause your skin to look dull, gray and ashy.  Once you’ve completed this step, your skin will appear radiant and youthful.  Exfoliation should be done with products that will not tear your skin up and cause you more problems.  Jojoba wax beads can work wonders for your skin.

When used in a cream base, they will gently remove dead skin cell build without damaging your skin.  A word of caution though, when you use any exfoliation product don’t apply heavy pressure, too much pressure even though it’s a natural ingredient can damage your skin.

Natural Black Skin Care System

A good system will consist of a natural product line that will enable you to nourish and replenish your skin.  At Nyraju Skin Care, the choice of cleanser for your skin is the Green Tea Facial Cleanser.  It is a cream based product that contains lactic acid.  The good acid!  It is not detergent based, so you will not experience a lather like you would with soap.  Soap is drying to your face and will often strip your skin of its natural oils.

The Rosewater Toner helps bring your skins pH level back into balance. And yes, it has pure rose essential oil in it.  And for moisturizing, the Antioxidant Face Cream or the SPF 30 Daytime Moisturizer will complete the basic components of your system.

Once or twice a week an exfoliation process with the Jojoba Facial Scrub will remove unwanted dull and ashy looking skin.

So, when caring for all of you, here are a few tips:

  • When you buy your skin care products, make sure there are no harsh detergents in the ingredient list.
  • Still doing dishes by hand ….. put on some rubber gloves.
  • Exfoliation is not just for your face, you deserve to be rubbed and scrubbed from head to toe, with more of a gentle touch to your face.
  • Sunscreen for all of you and don’t forget your hat.
  • If you drive, typically the left side of you is going to get more sun, use your visor.

So, the next time you hear the words Natural Black Skin Care …  that means caring for your entire black body.

That’s it for this week.  Like what you’ve read? Please feel free to share it with others who may benefit from it.

As always …

Dedicated To Your Beauty,
